As someone who is clueless when it comes to website building, they made the process simple and easy for me. They took care of the important aspects of the website that I struggled with for months to learn. In my case, there was a problem with my domain that took months to resolve, but they kept their word and now I have my own website. I cannot thank them enough for their expertise and dedication.

I can't really think of anything right now. As I mentioned the service was provided free of charge, so it's hard to be critical. They were quick to respond, and it was helpful, so I'm not sure what else to say.
