Everything was very well structured on timing. I was very happy with how they made sure I was completely comfortable with what they had done before moving onto the next step. AT one point I was stumped on how to change something on my website and with one email to Sven, they sent me back a video from one of the designers of my website that showed me how to navigate the problem I was having. It was absolutely great having that kind of customer service

Their professional demenour, the videos they send to explain how to use the applications to edit your website are absolutely a major plus. I felt like they take the time to explain in detail what exactly you are getting from them and keeping me updated on the progress of the back end of the website building

The website is not 100% free. Granted it is a small fee to get it up and going but perhaps they should advertise a free website with a small fee attached to it
