I got contacted on LinkedIn by a representative of the Free Website Guys offering me a free website. Initially I thought it was a scam, u looked up reviews and seen it was legit. From the moment I started working with Sven and his crew, it was easy. 

They provide videos on the how to when they need stuff from you. My website looks amazing, it was seamless, conversing over email and helping Sven to design my website. When I need any further support I won't hesitate to contact them.

For the website itself, they truly built it for free and the only expense I had, were for the hosting and theme and those were in my budget.

The only thing is maybe update your instructions for the web host as they updated thier page and thing were different from the instructions.

I'm not sure they could 'dumb the language down' anymore than they already do, but if they could, that would be great. Honestly, though, they were a clear as they could be, it's really my lack of understanding that was challenging! Lol

They deveoped the website for my bake to order business. This was a collaborative process with deliverables on both sides of the table. They produced a website that is 95% complete. All I have to do is finish the editing and launch it.

Since I was blessed to have been selected for a free website, the process took a bit longer that it would have under a paid contract but it was still reasonable. Some of the delay was on my end completing my deliverables. They couldn't move forward without it.
