Some of the 'computer lingo' was above my knowledge, but I was able to figure it out and asked a lot of questions and took my time. I'm not sure they could 'dumb the language down' anymore than they already do, but if they could, that would be great. Honestly, though, they were a clear as they could be, it's really my lack of understanding that was challenging! Lol

I now have a full functioning website because of them!

They deveoped the website for my bake to order business. This was a collaborative process with deliverables on both sides of the table. They produced a website that is 95% complete. All I have to do is finish the editing and launch it.

Since I was blessed to have been selected for a free website, the process took a bit longer that it would have under a paid contract but it was still reasonable. Some of the delay was on my end completing my deliverables. They couldn't move forward without it.
