Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After few iterations on the logo we converged on the final version that we really liked. We are in process of working on our website design.

Communication was clear with Fram. Mostly we communicated via email and few meetings.

I like the quick turnaround time of Fram Creative.  They were able to take our feedback and incorporate it in the next version of the design quickly.

After a discovery meeting to discuss the goals, we received 3 initial designs for the main page on the site. Once we chose a theme, they provide us the design for the other pages. After several iterations (feedback through AdobeXD), we have finalized the design and they provided us with a design system.

The documentation was very thorough. Our developers were able to implement their design easily, and the overall look is much more user-friendly.

We searched online and through recommendations the best UI/UX developers and shortlisted a few based on their past projects and design skills. After interviewing them, we chose this vendor.

After we made a presentation of our old app and the new functionalities that we want to have in the new app, they broke down the areas our mobile app could be more intuitive and user friendly, also worked to streamline the user journey. Within a few weeks the created a new, faster and much more user friendly process from scratch.

My team worked directly with their UI/UX designers and a project manager.

We are very pleased with deliverables from their team. We have very positive feedback from the potential users of the app (our colleagues). Their work perfectly reflects the vision that we had at the start, helping to create a user-friendly, modern and easy-to-navigate app.

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided us with updates twice a week. Mainly we had online meetings. Everything was delivered on time.

They managed to understand our internal processes very fast, also they understood our needs very well and delivered an adequate solution. Last but not least, they managed to deliver everything on time.

We are not launching the app yet.

We had daily stand-ups with their project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare.

Our first cooperation began with a UI/UX design of a web reporting system. They created high fidelity wireframes for us to review and approve. After that they created an UI Prototype that was clickable and very easy to present infront of management. Our next cooperaiton was on a fintech mobile app connected with security. They created a prototype very quickly. Also they came up with a great name, logo and branding materials.
