The project scope involved developing a specific number of assets & micro-interactions with defined functionality requirements: 

1. Icons: restyling + animation 
2. Mascot: modernization + animation 
3. UI elements micro-interaction

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Delivering set amount of revamped iconography + animating them for certain scenarios 
• Delivering modernised mascot, animated in 4 different scenes 
• Create the agreed micro-interactions for key positions in our product 
• Provided multiple iterations based on our feedback 
• Providing design assets and motion guidelines - Providing project files

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project management could've been better. Initially the scope of the project was set for 3 months, however due to couple reasons listed below, the scope extended to almost 6 months in total. The biggest reason for the delay is more unplanned iterations. The initial feedback loops were only in written form, which resulted in extra delays and misunderstandings between both sides. The team was flexible & quick in their reactions, but we didn't always feel understood.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very kind and responsive team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something FourPlus could have done differently?

The major thing we'll point is the project management & planing. Roadmap communication was poor and timeline changes were not well communicated with us. More focus to details would've result in less iterations. Our feeling was that the people working on our tasks are multitasking, which resulted in sometimes quickly produced work without all our comments resolved. Inconsistency in the produced assets and their styles made it seem like multiple people undertake one task and work partially on it, without syncing with each other.
