I’m the founder of Melsoft, an agency that offers mobile, software, and web development services.

We were looking for a vendor who could increase the capacity of our development efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Forby Tech is our primary development partner that provides us with staff augmentation and mobile app development services. They help manage our pipelines whenever we need extra developers to handle our clients’ projects.

They mainly utilize PHP, Laravel, and WordPress to build simple websites and for mobile app development, they use JavaScript.

What is the team composition?

My main point of contact is the founder.

I’ve known the founder since high school, and we went to the same college.

We’ve invested just under $100,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership started in October 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve been able to ship more of our products to the market since partnering with their team. The app works flawlessly because the code is well-structured, thanks to Forby Tech.

How did Forby Tech perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver their tasks on time and are very communicative and responsive throughout the partnership. Additionally, they’re always available on Slack whenever we need them, so we’ve never really had any issues working together.

We’re impressed with their cost-effective solutions and personalized services.

They could offer more technologies to work with and increase their development language expertise.
