We have two sets of requirements: 

1. First, we need to display our agricultural products list on our local server. Within our company, employees input product information into the Elkaro web application, and this data is then transmitted to supervisors and the sales team. It's essential to keep this data locally for security and auditing purposes.
2. Second, we require an automatic stock data update feature for our Elkaro app. This update should be based on audio cues or triggers to ensure accurate and real-time stock information.

• Data Locality: Measure the percentage of agricultural product data stored and accessed locally on the company's server as opposed to external locations. The higher the percentage, the better for data security. 
• Audit Trail Effectiveness: Assess the ability to track changes and access to the product data. Measure the number of successful audits conducted to ensure data integrity. 
• Efficiency and Accuracy in Data Transmission: Reduction in Manual Entry Errors: Track the decrease in manual data entry errors by employees after implementing the Elkaro web application. Fewer errors indicate improved accuracy. 
• Speed of Data Transmission: Measure the time it takes for product data to be transmitted from employees to supervisors and the sales team. Faster transmission times can indicate improved efficiency. 
• Frequency of Updates: Measure how often stock data is updated automatically based on audio cues or triggers. The higher the frequency, the closer the system aligns with real-time updates.

Initially, there was some confusion within the FOEFOX team, but eventually, we gained clarity on the matter. Otherwise, there are no significant concerns.
