What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The two things we actually feel: the stores load noticeably faster than they used to, and they hold up in high season instead of falling over when traffic spikes — which is exactly when it would cost a client the most. I don’t have one headline number since it’s across several clients, but on the sites where speed and stability were the problem, that problem is basically gone.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Solid, no drama. Things land roughly when they say they will, and if something’s going to take longer we hear it early rather than on the deadline. When a client hits an urgent issue they move on it fast.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

That they’re specialised — they only do eCommerce and turn the rest down. It means they’re not learning your platform on your budget; they already know where the problems usually are.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Flexor could have done differently?

Honestly nothing major. If I had to name something, we’d sometimes like them to flag optimisation ideas proactively rather than us raising them first — but that’s a small thing, more a nice-to-have than a complaint.
