Flexible Soft

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the CEO of a consumer products and services company. We provide safe, natural, and eco-friendly baby care, personal care, and household cleaning products designed especially for families and sensitive skin.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Flexible Soft?

We wanted to build a modern, user-friendly e-commerce platform that would clearly present our eco-friendly baby care and household products and make online purchasing simple for our customers. We also wanted a fast, mobile-friendly website, easy product and order management, and a reliable technical foundation that could support the growth of our business.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Flexible Soft handled the design and development of our e-commerce website from start to finish. Their work included creating a responsive and user-friendly interface, organizing our product catalog, implementing the online shopping and checkout experience, and setting up the back-office tools needed to manage products, orders, and website content.

They also worked on performance, mobile compatibility, technical integrations, testing, and deployment to ensure the platform was stable and ready for customers. The main deliverable was a complete, functional e-commerce website tailored to our brand and day-to-day business needs.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 2–5 teammates from Flexible Soft.

How did you come to work with Flexible Soft?

Someone referred Flexible Soft to me. We chose them because their pricing fit our budget, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from October–November 2024.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The main measurable outcome was the successful launch of a fully functional e-commerce platform that made it easier for customers to browse products and place orders online. We also saw improvements in mobile usability, website performance, and the efficiency of managing products, orders, and content internally. The platform has remained stable after launch and continues to support our day-to-day online sales and business growth.

We didn't formally track specific percentage increases in traffic or conversion rates as part of the project. However, after launch, we saw a clear improvement in the overall online shopping experience. Customers were able to browse and purchase products more easily, particularly on mobile, and our team could manage products, orders, and website content more efficiently. The website has also remained stable and reliable as our online business has grown.

One clear improvement was the customer journey. Customers could find products more easily, view product information clearly, and complete purchases with fewer steps, especially on mobile devices.

Internally, the platform also simplified our daily operations. Our team could update products, prices, stock, and website content without needing technical assistance for every change. Order management also became more organized, which made it easier to follow customer purchases and handle day-to-day e-commerce operations.

How did Flexible Soft perform from a project management standpoint?

Flexible Soft's project management was very good. They communicated clearly via email and messages, kept us updated throughout the project, and were responsive whenever we had questions or requested changes. The work was well organized, and the main deliverables were completed within the agreed timeline. They also remained flexible when adjustments were needed and continued supporting us after launch.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was Flexible Soft's ability to understand our business needs and translate them into a practical, easy-to-manage e-commerce solution. They were responsive, flexible, and proactive throughout the project, and we appreciated that they didn't focus only on development — they also considered usability, performance, and the day-to-day needs of our internal team. Their continued support after launch also made the collaboration feel reliable and long-term.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There were no major issues during the project. If anything, more frequent progress updates during some phases and slightly more detailed documentation at handover could have made the process even smoother. However, Flexible Soft was always responsive when we needed clarification or support, so these were relatively minor points.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Flexible Soft has helped us establish a more reliable and user-friendly digital platform. The main measurable outcomes have been the successful delivery of the website and web applications, improved usability and responsiveness across devices, streamlined key business processes, and better overall application performance. The team has also delivered the required functionality on schedule, allowing us to have a stable platform that can support our day-to-day operations and future growth.

Although we haven’t tracked specific numerical metrics such as conversion rates or customer satisfaction scores before and after the project, we’ve seen clear improvements in the platform’s usability, responsiveness, and overall reliability. The new solution has made key processes more structured and easier to manage while providing users with a smoother experience across devices. The successful implementation of the required features has also given us a stronger digital foundation for future growth and improvements.

For example, Flexible Soft has improved the management of information and day-to-day interactions through the web platform. Before the project, some tasks required more manual coordination and follow-up. Flexible Soft has organized these workflows within the web application, making it easier for our team to access information, manage requests, and keep track of ongoing activities from one centralized platform. This has reduced unnecessary manual steps and made the overall process more structured and efficient.
