They’ve handled project management very impressively. They having to do more work than I think they anticipated, but they came in right at our budget and delivered every one months.

I’m the owner and executive director of VP Exclusives, a jewelry company that creates exclusive collections in completely different directions, using rare and unexpected materials and putting them together with the already quite common minerals and precious metals.

For what projects/services did your company hire Ficus Technologies, and what were your goals?

We hired Ficus Technologies to digitalize our business. At the beginning, we had only an idea, so they helped us not only with coding but also with design, and testing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had previously worked with Ficus Technologies on a product concept, so they were on my shortlist. After speaking with 3 other firms, we went with Ficus Technologies because of their relevant experience with building and maintaining eCommerce platforms.

As I mentioned previously, they helped not only with coding but also with design and testing. After a couple of calls with the business analyst, they defined our key requirements and prepared a roadmap, which gave us a clear vision of the development process so we could understand current and future steps. Through user research and tests, they defined how the final product would function and look like. After we approved the design, they started the development and testing phase.

We worked directly with four people.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to launch our website on time and within budget. After the launch, we saw significant improvement in how fast we were able to process and deliver results to our clients. What used to take several hours to complete is now completed in less than 15 minutes!

Ficus Technologies performs very well. I’m happy with the four individuals that I work with. They’re responsive and it’s a good working experience. We use their project management tools to guide the project.

They take the time to understand your business and goals, before diving into the project. The team is very thoughtful in making sure the service they deliver is exactly what you desire. They also bring their experience to the table to help them think things through.

No, we’ve had a really positive experience.
