we had gather all the requirements of data that are required, make a design prototype that we fill it is appropriate and present the it to the higher hierarchy of managements, the team delivered wireframes and mockups for our sites. after few iterations the team developed and delivered the project

a project manager was our main bridged person to the road we faced in managing time schedules, follow-up our progress through presentation and technical review

After launching our sites we saw 75% of network traffic in our sites and have been collecting feedback from our customers and many of them were really appreciating and it is a progressive solution.

they use agile project development lifestyle through this process we had daily standups with their project manager who communicated with the rest of the team, and monthly report and demo show with the whole team members if there were any delay they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare.

they gave us professional updates that were easy to manage and they support us in transacting business thought technology-driven helps

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we first launched there were some bugs and mathematical errors but within a time they fix it all and know it becomes a leading software we delivered to our customers to manage and process services easily.
