As our technology partner, FCG Apps was instrumental in managing several critical projects. They successfully implemented Jira to optimize our project management processes. For our videoconferencing system, they developed both the backend and frontend, enabling us to efficiently manage and display meeting agendas and participant lists within Pexip.

Additionally, FCG Apps handled all aspects of our branding, from designing an intuitive, visually appealing website to overseeing its development and launch. Beyond these, they provided strategic guidance and hands-on implementation for a range of custom technical solutions, including:

In addition to the technical aspects, FCG Apps delivered bespoke graphic designs, including branding elements and a user-friendly interface that reflects our company’s professionalism and focus on the healthcare sector. As a startup, it's difficult to present measurable outcomes at the early stages. However, the primary achievement has been the successful development and launch of the recruitment platform for doctors. This foundational step sets the stage for future growth, and we expect measurable results as the platform gains traction in the coming months.

Throughout the development of the MVP, I didn’t come across any aspects that required improvement. The project progressed seamlessly, and all deliverables were met to our satisfaction. While there may be areas for enhancement as we continue to grow and develop the product, at this stage, I have no specific recommendations for improvement.

Three websites for our client with a fairly consistent flow and a job advertisement module integrated with the internal system via XML, integration on all three websites. Two websites for one brand, the third for the other with different CI/UI style and based on differener type of industry. Both with b2b and b2c users with highly developed components and animations, one with 18 subpages, links, integration with the internal system created by the client. 
The first project in May implemented in just two weeks with all content and very dynamic changes requiring quick action and corrections. The entire project required a lot of commitment, numerous meetings with both the client and the developers on his side, as well as meetings and consultations with the design team. Good and fast communication as well as project management were extremely important here due to the short deadline and the client's requirements.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Correct integration with the client's internal system, development in line with the design team's assumptions, in line with their comments and guidelines, a fast-working site without unnecessary burdens with an intuitive cms for further development by the client. The ability to predict future solutions within the development of the company and the site at a later stage, and the client's satisfaction with the entire cooperation process with meeting the intended expectations.

PM was very committed, open to changes and acting quickly both in contact with the client and the project team. She signaled problems, suggested solutions and acted to prevent possible delays that could result from many sides. The entire cooperation was very pleasant, reliable, and professional despite the short dealine. It was a very partnership-based cooperation.

we hit all necessary deadlines and we did not need to make any corrections after the deployment. Our members/users did not report any issues with the changes that were delivered in the user flows

Project management was at a very high level and was a critical point in the implementation due to the deadline. All emails were dealt with within a couple of hours and we always had all necessary information available
