BRYBB NEXUS, partnered with FasterCapital in July 2025 and the team have been immensely supportive thus far. Feedback from investors was also included as further avenue to polish our pitch deck and business plan. In all, I would say FasterCapital has shown dedication and commitment to our growth, and it's commendable. We're raising $2m and we're confident that their support is crucial and adequate in this quest.

1. OILPLAT, an innovative IT platform, a meeting place for buyers and suppliers from all over the world (B2B), carries out commission-free automatic auctions targeting the following trade and services sectors in over 139 countries to reduce the prices to: 

·      Oil.

·      87 types of petroleum products.

·      Electricity.

·      Green electricity with a reduced carbon footprint.

·      Green hydrogen no ejection harmful greenhouse gases.

·      Natural gas.

·      LNG (liquefied gas); wholesale and retail, quickly, comfortablyand safely of intermediation costs (oil trader).

allowing sellers to reduce intermediation costs up to 60 times, and then complete all marketing chain operations outside the platform. This makes it possible to exclude the registration of OILPLAT in each country, since this computer platform is not an electronic exchange.

2. OILPLAT IT platform is designed to operate in the global energy sector, including green energy. The volume of the global oil, gas and electricity market in 2024 amounted to USD 8.6 trillion and it is planned to increase to USD 11.1 trillion in 2030, with a CAGR of 3.9% to 2031. The most important element in any deal is the PRICE of the product/service. This IT platform OILPLAT allows you to solve exactly this element in the transaction - to choose the best PRICE.

3. Own investments in the development of the innovative OILPLAT IT platform amounted to USD 1,3M for the completion of development stage I allowed to register the innovative OILPLAT IT platform with the Ministry of Commerce and Industries of Panama:

FasterCapital acts as an “accelerator/incubator”, lead investor and EnegyPlat Inc. have joined the Acceleration Program. We joined FasterCapital's «LaunchUp» capital raising program in May 2025.

In June 2025, FasterCapital invested USD 2M in this startup, which allowed EnergyPlat Inc, which is the owner of the IT platform startup OILPLAT, to increase the company's value to USD 12M (https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/energyplat-inc) and it is planned to complete the development of the remaining II stage within 10 months and launch the OILPLAT IT platforms with the implementation of: artificial intelligence; blockchain; neural networks and additional services.
