Key deliverables include a comprehensive investor-ready pitch deck, a robust financial model with clear projections, a detailed market and growth strategy and investor feedback reports that help us improve and track progress. Additionally, FasterCapital is expected to facilitate introductions to relevant angels and VCs, provide ongoing mentorship and support us in achieving funding milestones that enable product pilots and market entry.

Through FasterCapital’s support, we achieved several measurable outcomes: our pitch deck and business plan were refined to investor-ready quality, a financial model with projections and margins was developed and we received detailed feedback from over 4,000 investors contacted, resulting in active reviews, direct conversations and future interest from many. These outcomes demonstrate clear progress in positioning Vumah Labs for funding and in building investor confidence around our vision and execution.

We’ve developed the first draft of the three strategic documents and submitted them to FasterCapital, which has shared them with its base of angel capitalists for feedback. The deliverables include the final business plan, pitch deck, and financial model, and we’re now in the fundraising stage.

We’ve received feedback from angel capitalists, which shows that the project is viable and has a ROI. For example, one angel capitalist said, “PELO Tour Lodges’ partnership strategy with NGOs, sports federations, and tour operators is smart for market penetration, but I want to see more concrete MoUs or letters of intent to validate these claims.”

In response to this feedback, we’re currently finalizing MoUs with two national sports federations and letters of collaboration with three tour operators. These will be available for investor due diligence prior to closing the funding.

FasterCapital is competent in project management and delivers on time. We’re just waiting to see if they can raise the finances within the timeframe. We communicate via email.
