The team also focused on building a scalable architecture so we could expand the system with additional sales workflows, AI capabilities, and integrations as our business grows.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The Fast Way automated several repetitive sales activities, reducing manual work for our sales team by 40%. They also improved our response time to property inquiries from one hour to 10 minutes and made it easier to manage and track sales leads. Our conversion rate increased to 7% from 2.5%–3%. The team also automated routine customer interactions, created a scalable foundation for expanding our AI sales processes, and centralized sales workflows within the web application.

Are there any areas they could improve?
