The team was always available for discussion and they patiently heard our design inputs and suggestions. They diligently worked on every aspect till we were completely satisfied.

Apart from their team's diligent work on every aspect of the website, what stood out was the commitment to the customer's satisfaction with the ongoing work. The senior team members were always there to listen to our feedback and advise on the best way forward.

Time was never an issue, they were always available to answer our queries and take our feedback. The most important factor was the right attitude towards our project and towards us as a client. This I believe was the most important factor in choosing them.

Nobody is perfect but the attitude to correct and to listen is the most important factor. They gave us the pros and cons of each aspect, app, etc. and left it to us to take the final decision. This was not a very big project in terms of scale but their commitment was equal to the other large projects that they were handling.

Experienced people were always around to give us feedback and advice. In the end, I will say that their style of functioning is very different, their commitment to the customer is total and complete irrespective of the size of the project. They will not give up until and unless you are completely satisfied.
