Initially we had an online 4 hour long briefing / brain storming session, set out the main goals and expected results and since then have been having weekly catch-ups to ensure the smooth process flow. We now have a fully functioning website (WIX platform) and keep refining the content according to company needs.

+500% site clicks from Google Search compared to last month (Feb 2022); considerable conversion rate increase and >115.000 ad impressions from the start of a paid ad campaign which resulted in higher brand awareness.

We use ActiveCollab as a tracking tool, do regular (weekly) group calls, and extensive written communication via various messaging tools.

They're highly competent, prompt, and responsive, and all business tasks are delivered swiftly. This makes a huge difference and is most definitely a strong competitive advantage.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None, very pleased with the services provided indeed.

Creation of app, s for learning tutorials and soccer training for coaches of children and young people in the amateur phase. Also for these children and youth and school sports. Tutorials with training methods and education in values. The applications with video content and explanations in three languages have been great and of the highest quality. We are in the investment phase in its promotion.

We were coordinated with up to 5 or 6 people with a hierarchical level appropriate to the type of work. Uploading videos, app development, text input, ios, android adaptation. They proposed it and we had no problem

We have reached more than 200,000 registrations without any advertising expense. This is the next step.

We have not invested in it so far. We are in the management phase of an influencer or relevant person from soccer.

Flexibility in changes that were made on the fly was impressive. management of your work with our material, absolute availability in time and suggestions for changes and improvements.

It would be unfair now to recriminate something, since they contributed ideas and technology at the time that helped us improve the product.
