We are a full-service mobile marketplace that helps real estate investors find, verify, and purchase off-market properties. I am the Founder and CEO.

We hire Expertinasia to develop new features, upgrade out UI design and fix bugs we had on our application.

We select Expertinasia based on their experience working and developing other mobile applications. Most specifically they developed and application very similar to ours in the past.

Scope of work:

• improve overal UI and design
• Expertinasia was able to implement the flutter technology into my platform which improve the design flow and the usability of our platform.
• add additional features

Expertinasia and team were able to develop new features our current users wanted to use. abilities like industry specific calculators and forms, ability to share our product with others instantly on several different platforms and developing an ecosystem of experts and service providers for our users to engage with.

We were able to launch 4 new versions of the mobile app. Including major ecosystem features. Each launch help our users get closer to their goals.

We used slack, jira and google sheets to manage our goals, progress and projects. We met for a daily stand up that help us stay on the same page. They allow everyone to flourish by being open, listening to others, delegating task correctly and leading by example in all our projects.

This company has the ability to solve any problem. No matter how difficult it was they quite often came back with a solution and quickly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are growing and I would like to see more staff so they can help more companies like ours.

We worked with JIRA as project-wiki (questions, replies, explanations,...) and whatsapp and slack for chatting.

They are fast and take the time to understand the expected features.

At the responsive level and recurring bugs BUT : everything is fixed fastly so it's good point in one side, but otherwise it's very very good - I recommend.

I am the business owner and project manager in a development company. With us, small companies and individuals can get a superpowered mobile app and/or web platform to setting up their ideas and help end-customers.

We wanted to develop a mobile app for the users to access restaurant content from their phones. We'd noticed that due to COVID-19, customers need be more autonomous at the restaurant through a mobile app. Our goal was to have a user-friendly platform.

We chose Expert In Asia because we have been working together for several years on different projects. It was therefore obvious for me to proceed with EIA because they have all the necessary skills.

• Tests and improvements

If I'm not mistaken, the team consists of 8 peoples, including different roles like developer for Riddham, hosting for Nitin, mobile app design for Kailash(...)

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The solution is deployed, but we are in the process of bringing it to market, so at the moment we don't really have direct revenue.

We use JIRA as a knowledge base through questions/answers and explanatory documents, and otherwise on this project we were discussing on Whatsapp

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I like most is that the team takes the time to check out the necessary functionalities and logic.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have no negative opinion. The only problem I have is that I don't use Android, and that I have to check the test-builds on an Android device, an online way or on Apple way would be preferable to facilitate the feedbacks and better perceive the final rendering.
