Cool Mango designs and manufactures products that fall into the electronic accessories category. All products are manufactured under our a banquet of in-house brand names.

We hired Expedux Technologies to create an e-Commerce website for our brand

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

On seeing their “Pay per Hour model of 6USD”, we had chosen them. Next deciding factor to venture with them was their dedication and technical expertise team which makes the delivery professional and smooth.

To create an e-Commerce site for our own GoFree products, we ventured with Expedux Technologies. With their Agile methodology, they had started creating a website with Magento. But, due to our management team’s decision on moving to AWS, we had to release their technology relationship with them.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

2 resources worked for us and in which one was the Certified Magento professional.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Very professional company. We moved our ecommerce system from a wordpress based application to Magento which was a HUGE step up. The learning curve was a little steep but once that was done the results and advantages of this new Magento system implemented by Expedux was unreal!

Mostly agile. We did a lot of changes along the way and they accommodated it well. We used Mattermost for communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are a friendly and accommodating team that provides unmatched service costs. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing much. AWS implementation was a bit of a struggle, maybe they should onboard some expert in devops

We are a team of professionals inclined on developing e-Commerce Portal and Digital Marketing. We are in this industry since 5 years.

We hired Expedux Technologies to create an e-Commerce platform using Magento to our client who were providing legal advisory and consulting services.

On knowing their experience in the industry and technical expertise we had chosen them.

Online legal solution portal was developed using Magento.

We have hired three resources from vendor’s team in which two are developers and one is an expertise in legal domain.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They could accomplish what we needed. The portal which they had created was user-friendly and eases our client’s legal processes.

They were using the Agile development methodology. Their development tool was JIRA.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The sincerity of the developers and on-time delivery was impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No complaints.

We had two requirements. One was to create a business site for our real estate and another one was to create a eCommerce portal for our unique business thought.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We discussed with various vendors and finally decided to go with expedux as our team impressed about their though process and creativity shown in their presentation.

For the real estate website we created the five page website and for the eCommerce website we follow the agile scrum practice. Expedux was shared the initial sprint plan and nicely built the website as per our expectations.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We were working with 2 member senior team and not sure about their next level member participated in the project. One senior was expertise in upi/up and othe other one was Magento Expert.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Both the websites were delivered as per our expectations. Even though there was some delay but we were progressively update/upgrade our requirements. The final outcome was fantastic.

I remember they used a scrum tracker tool and the project management was in matured way.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are wry much reachable and concerned about customer expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There was some communication gaps which could be avoided by showing some mock-ups before proceed with development. Later they made this mock-up creation as a practice.
