We approached ExpandX with a request for a quote that included a complete revamp of our company website. We needed an  approach and company that understood our main market advantages and also the key aspects of our business so that they could deliver a brand new website that is also modern, engaging and easily used to represent our portfolio of services. We needed to have that as a key digital asset representing our business on the global market. When we entered into conversation with the management team of ExpandS we came to the conclusion that we also need to work on our overall digital marketing strategy. We chose the team of ExpandX as they showed excellent professionalism in the domains of expertise we needed to work on and stand out against our competitors. We were regularly (each month) delivered new web pages and web sections that the team of ExpandX has worked on. Those regular deliveries were followed by Video Calls during which we discussed the work done, ExpandX provided very solid arguments of why certain things were done in a specific way, etc. Everything was delivered on time, as per the initial work plan we mutually agreed on. With the first delivery we were really impressed by the quality of the web design and overall content structure on the drafts of the new website. The communication was smooth and everything with the project was flowelessly completed.

We wanted to have involved various tasks and activities to promote the business online but we were unsure where to start with. As the services delivery progressed towards month 4-5 we started seeing some real traction and results of all the marketing mix activities that ExpandX assembled together for us in a master strategy. We had increase in the number of MQL (minimum qualified leads) as per our own internal system, we had increase in number of total leads received on monthly basis, the quality of the inquiries started to improve towards month 6 of the services delivery as we were getting positioned at the right audiences with the right unique selling points and competitive advantages. 
We also saw improvement in the retention levels of inquiries that did not turn to customers immediately. So we have generally increased our business performance towards month 6 of the services delivery which was also due to the fact that the ExpandX team processed a serious improvement on all our digital assets, social media profiles, and website so that they all are aligned with the marketing efforts, the offering and the brand identity.

We have approached EpxandX team after a sophisticated research and chose them for the project execution and delivery. The scope of work was segmented in few main development cycles. We received a detailed plan on the key goals, technologies, team engaged in the project work and the main deliverables/milestones. Separate team departments managed the different aspects of the project - design, web development, UX, IT admin, creative, etc. There was a project manager overseeing the overall process and progress, who also reported to us on a regular basis. 
Everything was delivered on time, communication was smooth and went all as expected and initially set as expectation. We were receiving on time each milestone delivery with detailed explanations on what was completed and what the next steps would be. Key deliverables included, our brand new website, a list of all key credentials we needed to administer and access the admin panels, a custom training on how to manage, operate and administer the new website (that was also video and audio recorded for easier know-how transfer). We were also provided with all the needed credentials for the analytical tools integrated to our website.

• Analytical Data form the first 2 months of the new website launch showed much higher engagemetn rates with the new web pages, while traffic volumes remained the same as what they were with the old website. • The key metrics of the website perofmrance were much, much better - loading speed, key GOogle Metrics, the SEO setup of the website, etc - it all shwoed much better performance which makes the website stand out professionally

We needed a brand new website with full ecommerce integration. That included the web design, the organization of the pages, the content, the technical software that would allow us to manage the eshop and the website in general as well as how the front of the website should be organized from a marketing perspective. That all had to be aligned with a marketing strategy execution plan and marketing mix of the services needed in order for the brand to effectively be launched and win market share. 

Those activities were split in to two major projects which were respectfully allocated to different teams of ExpandX - web development project and marketing project.

The marketing project was taken care of by the following teams at ExpandX:

So we decided to work with them for the development of a brand new website for Starjewelry Art Ltd. We needed an A-Z solution that included the IT infrastructure, the website setup, planning and structure, the webdesign, the automation functionalities, etc. We were provided with an offer and a development plan for the project that had five main stages.

As we started working with ExpandX each stage was delivered on time as per the schedule and consisted of the projected digital web pages we were working on. Everything is running smoothly, on time and what we value the most is the pro-activity and the attention to details of the team. They consult us and foresee important details we did not have an eye for before.

First of all we really like the new webdesign we managed to conclude with the team. It resonates so well with our brand identity and it also serves well considering all the web and IT conditions it needs to cover and fit in with. I am very happy with this particular part as for the industry our business operates in this is absolutely important. Being unique, standing out, and showing how authentic you are. ExpandX managed to translate that via the webdesign which is awesome!

As we started advertising the new website we also see a lot of new users to spend time on the web pages, browse through and send inquiries about our products. For now those results of user activities are self-explanatory for the overall website quality, as it is not only modern, responsive and brand-aligned but it also serves very well its primary purpose.

To drive quality users and engage them to inquire about our products. We plan to upgrade the website to a full e-commerce one very soon and we will again choose ExpandX for the services of this upgrade

We approached ExpandX as we were looking for a reliable company to build our new website. Their profile had quite good reviews and when we contracted them for the project we had. We had two main goals a/to build a new website and b/to improve our overall branding image. The team of ExpandX was so professional to approach those two separate tasks with their relevant departments and to walk us through the details of how to achieve the best results. 

We had our project managers assigned and we had few initial calls with the team to define the project briefs. From then onward the team delivered excellent results, always on time and with great communication skills. They also advised us on some specific points regarding the website development which we were not really sure about. They provided solid arguments on their professional opinion and we were comfortable to trust them. 

We manage to complete the website and the improved visual branding on time. We were delivered with the schedule project cycles deliveries on time, on the staging server and once all approved by us ExpandX process the final migration on the main domain address/hosting solution.
