BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of a meal prep service where we provide healthy meal replacement options for the busy, working professionals who are still health conscious.

For what projects/services did your company hire Excl Networks, and what were your goals?

We hired EXCL Networks to develop our website for customers to order their meals through.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were recommended to Cameron by another business owner.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

There were several meetings to get a feel for the website we needed. After talking with Cameron, he suggested we drop the platform we already had because a certain other platform was better suited for our needs. And he was correct.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked directly with Cameron as my POC through the entire project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our site we saw a 30% increase in sales and the customers love the ease of use the website brings now.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had multiple phone calls and internet walkthrough with EXCL Networks. They were very thorough with getting our wants and needs with the functionality of the site, and they made sure to explain why certain features would and would not work with what we were trying to achieve. EXCL networks was especially helpful with showing us how to operate the back end of the website and learning all the functions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Felipe and Cameron and the rest of the team at Excl Networks had been nothing but amazing. 
I look forward to continuing to grow and build my business along side of them, and utilize them for many more marketing projects to come. 

I thank them again for all their hard work, and the expeditious drive to get this set up and going.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can’t say there are any areas we felt needed improvement.
