The application is like a user can get every detail about their lung health once they provided the needed information in the app. Further, users can even check the live graph of their heart rate with this application. The application was developed from scratch by the Excellent WebWorld. The flow they maintained is my application was just seamless. It is a complete user-friendly app.

The project is completed and is running successfully. The team composition for my project was like 3 Back-end developers, 2 Android as well as iOS developers, 2 Front-end developers, and a QA. With that, we even had many conversations with the CTO.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes, as I said before the project is running successfully and the users are really impressed with the application. Hence, Excellent Webworld had met my need.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The best here was, many times the CTO would personally connect us and share the work progress. Even every module was almost completed on time and the updates were shared regularly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most amazing thing about the Excellent WebWorld was at every stage they have provided us suggestions they felt to implement in my project. They always came up with the ideas to make the project a unique one. All these things helped my project to be more unique and user-friendly one.

We wanted to digitize the entire ticket booking experience and also provide some unique features that no other online ticket booking app has done till date. The whole project was about developing a movie ticket booking mobile app with a few innovative features. The application was developed from scratch. The flow of the app was like users can browse through the app and get information about the various show timings on the current as well as upcoming days. Further, users can book tickets as per their requirements. The unique approach was that we also built an app for the theater owners to manage earnings and handle staff.

In the team, the company assigned us 2 Android developers, 2 iOS developers, 1 QA tester, 1 Backend developer, and 2 Frontend developers. One thing I really liked was that the CTO of the company personally used to take the feedback for the application. The level of dedication towards customer satisfaction from the CTO to junior developer is really commendable.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes, the project is now successfully running and we are even getting good user engagement. In short, the project met all the criteria we have thought for.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their team was really flexible in working with ours. And the best thing was that they used to update us after every phase. We never had to rush to them for updates. Especially at the time of installation, the process went very smoothly between the two teams.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing about them is that they are not just here to do business but also provide beneficial suggestions to their clients in every aspect, even the ones that they may not be concerned about. They worked dedicatedly on our project and came up with our expected outputs. They developed my application with such innovativeness that the results speak for themselves about the success of the app.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Their coding is amazing and designing is marvelous, so nothing to complain about as per their technical skills. Although, there was a very minor issue of communication in the beginning of the project, but they solved the issue within a week of me raising a complaint.

The goals of the project is to deliver a functional software platform that is professionally developed, documented and implemented.

We have engaged other development companies in the past. Through our experience, it was about time we sourced another development partner and through the review of EWW experience and profile, we were convinced they were a capable partner. Our experience with them over the last two projects have not been disappointing and we do not regret our decision to engage them.

The project involved development of a mobile application platform complete with a mobile app, back ends, and a website. We provided EWW with out solution requirements in a high level which they were able to offer an excellent offer price for the work. We then engaged continually in developing the solution at the design stage. They have been very accommodative and quick in implementing some of the changes we have recommended through the development process which we find very collaborative.

We feel we have the full attention of the entire EWW team and we access to communicate to everyone. They are also always ready to listen and attend to our requirements despite being in different timezone.

This project is still in development and we look forward to launching the solution in the market. With the expertise EWW has offered, we believe we will have an excellent product for the market.

Project management was excellent. The level of transparency, communication, collaboration, and efficiency is exceptional. We are pleased so far to how well the team continues to manage the project and engage us through every step.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We are most pleased with EWW level of customer service, developers ability to deliver what is requested in a timely manner and their professionalism in managing the project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There are not specific areas I would recommend at the moment. I would recommend that the team works on understanding the customer market the solution is being developed for. While this does not necessarily affect the quality of work delivered, it eases the engagement process with engineers to understand the business perspective to some technical requests.

What challenge were you trying to address with Excellent WebWorld?

When a person needs to move their goods from one place to another, it’s often difficult for them to find a truck that offers service nearby. We came up with the idea to build an Android mobile app that would solve this problem by bringing both the customer and the driver onto a common platform.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our Android app from scratch. We gave the team our requirements and they took the time to understand them and get clarification when needed. The mobile app has two parts: one for the driver and one for the customer. When the customer has a need to move his goods from one place to another, they might be looking for a mini-truck of different capacities.

Based on their needs, they first fill out an application, designating whether it is for personal or business use, along with other specifications. Once they submit the request, it will send out to the drivers on the platform. The core product is done and they’re supporting us whenever we need it now.

What is the team composition?

I work with one project manager, one designer, 2–3 developers, and one tester. The main point of contact is always the project manager.

I looked at multiple companies. Excellent WebWorld had good experience in building mobile applications and working with startups. They also had worked on a similar product. Above all that, their pricing was really good.

Project management is good. They keep us informed of each and every aspect right from the start using a project management tool. They are always quick and responsive.

They listen and understand the customer requirements, and ensure that all the requirements are met. They’re responsive to questions and fix issues quickly. I never feel like I’m dealing with an external partner.

They could use a better project management tool.

Be receptive to feedback from their development team. They have worked on many projects like this and have a lot of great insight to share.

When I started my firm, I needed a partner to support tasks. I couldn’t afford to hire a company on a U.S. rate and required an outsourced partner.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Excellent WebWorld worked on several projects for me including WordPress web development, troubleshooting, and prototype building. They also developed an iOS and Android inside sales app for one of my clients. While I designed the platform, they built the product from scratch.

First, we put everything in the open. I showed them some screens and discussed the necessary functionalities, providing their team with an idea of the platform’s look and feel. Following the guidelines, their team developed a photo upload feature that integrates with a custom web-based CMS.

They built the app to allow a user’s sales force to compare product placement as well as pricing at retail locations while in the field. Representatives can take notes and photos to upload onto the platform, which is captured by the CMS. Administrators can check, retrieve, and respond to results.

Excellent WebWorld has been supporting the app’s OS for three years now, which means it’s time for a revision. I’m back in discussions with their team about adding features including a journal.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The goal of the project was to create a sales baiting platform. The app allows users to know how their product is displayed and priced in different retail outlets. They’re not only getting photos but also other feedback such as if a sales representative asked questions or offered assistance in holding a retailer accountable. Our client is extremely happy with the app. They called with a request to expand the program.

How did Excellent WebWorld perform from a project management standpoint?

I’m really happy with their project management. The difference in language was not a barrier to collaboration. I’m suspicious when a partner develops a product in the middle of the night so Excellent WebWorld has delivered work at times compatible times. Expectations have always been met.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with their communication skills. We use the phone or Skype by Voice because it's good to have multiple methods of communication. I don’t have to prompt them for information. Rather, Excellent WebWorld comes to me. I’m always getting updates about the project. Usually, their team responds to my inquiries by the time I wake up in the morning.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have anything negative to say about them. If I did, I’d probably be finding somebody else. We had some issues when our teams were learning the expectations for both the partnership and the deliverables. The instances were minimal, which is why I really can’t recall what happened.

First, get your ducks in a row. Have a strong project vision then reach out to Excellent WebWorld. Communicate expectations and goals clearly.

Development of on demand app together with a backend website. The app is accessible through Android and iOS and avaialble in two languages - English and Swahili.

The app has push sms, wallet and mobile money transfer systems integrated allowing drivers and passenger to make payments, do top up and conduct transactions online. All key features including book later, directions, hold trip, tips requests and payments, trip records are included in the app giving users user-friendly experience.

The backend systems gives an opportunity to control both the app and the companies website - which is CMS. Other features in the backend include user management, vehicle management, booking management, reports, among others.

Lead expert and a team of experts working on iOS app, Android app, backend, and the website. Whatsap group was established as a means of communication between us to ensure smooth execution of the project.

Prior information and advise should be given to clients especially for features that should be integrated in the first place to avoid future development as it happened in our case where we are now engaging the company to develop a feature to support background reading of data. This should have been known before as developing this now delays the start of our business and disrupts our plans.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Excellent WebWorld developed an app that acts as a deal-locator, giving buyers of high school sports passes the ability to attend events and access local deals from participating businesses. We provided detailed user stories, requirements, and most of the design work, while Excellent WebWorld provided full development services and some additional input regarding features. They built the cross-platform mobile app for both iOS and Android, along with a website to complement it.

We initially worked with a sales representative, but our main point of contact was Mayur (CTO, Excellent WebWorld), who I probably spoke to a couple of times a day. He managed any other developers working on our project as well.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We just launched the app yesterday, so we don't have any metrics to report yet. However, we're extremely happy with the quality of their work overall–everything on the app works great. Even though their services are significantly cheaper than other vendors in the U.S., it didn't translate into a sacrifice in quality. 

How did Excellent WebWorld perform from a project management standpoint?

The CTO was in daily communication with me, even over weekends when necessary. Their time zone difference actually worked in our favor, allowing the app to be developed faster since they were able to incorporate our feedback or any change requests before we came back into the office the next morning. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their technical expertise set them apart; there was never a request that they couldn't complete. They delivered a very high-quality product that incorporated all of our feedback very well, delivering ahead of schedule and at a competitive rate. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not really. The relationship was a perfect fit for me.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They're not as formal as some of the companies in the U.S. The way they outline their proposals and payment structure, for example, is more casual than others I've dealt with, which I actually preferred. As a very hands-on founder, I like to know what's going on at all times and be very involved, so their approach worked well for me, but it might be a slight adjustment for others.

Excellent WebWorld developed our cannabis information hub app, MOCannaHub. We explained our vision for what functionality we wanted to the team. As creative directors, we provided many of the initial graphics, and the team made them come to life through their coding and development.

 The app enables users to find dispensaries, learn how to become a medical marijuana patient, find physicians, discover the latest cannabis findings from around the world, and much more.
