I am the Owner of Eagle Shunt Services LTD located at Brampton, Ontario.

For what projects/services did your company hire Every IT Solution Inc, and what were your goals?

We wanted to create a Mobile app for our company to track our drivers during their work shifts. We also needed that Mobile app to create the data log sheets for our drivers and locate them on the Live Google Map anytime from anywhere.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Before starting this project, We had a deep research for the App development companies. After carefully reviewing the reputation and portfolio of this company, We approached this company and decided to work with Every IT Solution INC for your Mobile app project.

In the begging, we scheduled a series of interviews with the company manager and explained all our requirements to them prior to start working on this project. After knowing what we are exactly looking for, they provided us some wire frames of the design along with the complete work strategy. Once, we provided our feedback on the design, they proceeded further with the app development.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager was assigned to gather all our requirements and proving the updates on the project. She was the main person to whom we can contact anytime regarding the project. However, We used to contact with their team of designers and developers if necessary.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The Mobile app, Every IT Solution INC developed for our company was very easy to understand. It was a user friendly App and easy to learn. Our driver learned to use that app in no time. As a result, we are now able to track our drivers on Live map, we can create the time logs for our drivers without wasting too much time on paper work. This app is really helping us to manage our business operation with minimum workforce and in very less time.

The project manager was very helpful and kind. Her way of communication was impressive. We had both in-person meetings and phone calls to discuss the project and she was very supportive during the meetings. She always provided us the detailed information about the status of our project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their team and staff members are very generous and helpful. They were always available to help us ducting the project duration. Their mobile app design and developers possessed strong technical skills to finish any project according to our requirements.
