Everbit software built Wellmatch's D2C marketplace platform which we successfully which we launched on the Google and Apple Store in October 2024. Everbit covered all development areas including data architecture, frontend and backend development as well as hosting needs and API calls. We now pivoted to B2B and are buidling 3 new product for Corporates: B2B SaaS Admin Dashboard, White Label Mobile APP, Provider Mobile App and launching our new website.

Scope of Work In a Line
Our award-winning app, Meals, was in dire need of a major revamp to stay relevant on the iOS App Store & maintain its place amongst the big competitors. Everbit swooped in like superheroes!
Key Deliverables
Flutter Rehash: Everbit shifted our app into the Flutter framework from Swift, making it much more modern and scalable, while also now giving us the capability of being accessible on both iOS and Android.
Backend Recipe Editor Webapp: Our own in-house team is capable of making adjustments to the app through code, but Everbit came up with the idea of building us a cool, user-friendly backend system to make quick changes easier in the future. This is especially important to us considering the app was redeveloped with a potential acquisition in mind down the line.
Speedy Delivery: Our team comes from a mobile app-specific background & none of us could quite believe how fast these guys were . Everbit had a tight deadline but they had our entire backend built from the ground up in less than five months. Extremely impressive, to say the least!
Quality & Dedication: What really stood out to us was how much Everbit was bought-in from the get-go. Their team isn’t just about coding; they live & breathe software development with a side of enthusiasm that’s contagious. My favourite line from the lead developer on our project, Sam, was "as long as I have a computer & some snacks, life couldn't be better" - which couldn't sum their attitude up enough.
Quick Summary
Everbit really came through for us in a clutch moment, giving Meals a new lease on life & setting our business up for a future full of possibilities. They're not just a dev team; they're part of our Meals family now. Their blend of professional skill & genuine passion for what they do really made this project so much more effortless than if we were to try to redevelop the entire app in-house. We certainly couldn't have done it as fast as Everbit, and especially not as well as them.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The project came with 1 overarching goal: redevelop the app from scratch in Flutter & have it ready for public launch by 2024. In short: Everbit knocked it out of the park.

The team really easily integrated with how we wanted to work. We felt as though the best way to maintain an agile development model & continue to make sustained progress was by using a combination of Trello (that we developed together so we were both happy with the setup), Slack (for daily communications), and weekly Monday meetings to set the week out as a team.
Anything urgent was quickly dealt with & emergency calls were never an issue too.
This approach ensured the work was to the standard we wanted & that we'd meet the 2024 relaunch deadline. I sincerely doubt another agency with a more rigid way of being could've achieved what Everbit did.
