We created an online portal, and they were hired to develop what I’d already designed.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve worked closely with ETECH ALL. They’ve helped us develop the UI to sign users up for our state contracts portal. It allows users to log in, shop through our state-contract pricing, use the car to view and send quotes, and check on shipping information.

They work within a WordPress platform, but they’ve developed the backend from the ground up. Also, they’ve created the application and made it user-friendly. They currently provide maintenance.

How did you come to work with ETECH ALL?

One of their previous clients recommended them, which isn’t usual in today’s day and age. Since their company was overseas, it was a little questionable, so it was reassuring to hear someone we knew. We gave them the opportunity to bid on the job, and they won.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in January 2021, and it finished in April 2021, so it was a 90-day window from conception to completion. However, it’s still an ongoing project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our user usage and views on the website have gone up 68%, increasing our sales exponentially.

How did ETECH ALL perform from a project management standpoint?

They have performed perfectly. We communicate once a week for about half an hour. Since we’re in a pandemic, we’ve used Skype and WhatsApp. We also communicate via email throughout the week, and they reply to our requests within 24 hours.

What did you find most impressive about them?

There isn’t anything they can’t do.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could have me working more with them.

Anybody considering them will be at a loss if they don’t use them.

We were looking for Is a solution that could calculate and present professional quotations to our eyeglasses patients. We were also looking to evolve the solution so that we could commercialize it as a Web based application that other private optometry offices could use

We used a solution called up works that provided us with many relevant development companies that could get us a fast solution. Our deciding factors were the experience of the vendor as well as a proof of is a proof of quality work in the past

The project has evolved over the couple of years it started out as an online solution only for our office to use for calculating patient is a patient out of pocket cost. Operiod over the couple of years we have designed it designed it to also include a dashboard with a dashboard as well as allow offices to save quotations to bring up in the future.

We have also utilized AUI designer to I designer to provide the screens to the developer. The solution involves sequel databases with a great deal of data that is manipulated on a daily basis.

The measure of success of the project was that the calculations are correct every time for the most part they are correct. And if they are not correct the vendor will make the changes as needed seat maintains the site on a monthly basis Also a measure of success is the interest from other doctors to use the software

It's really not a formal project management style but communication is pretty good as we talk many times through the week. We maintain a is in a defect and enhancement document in which they update it frequently and I updated as defects present themselves

They always met every challenge I have provided them, and that is what I think is unique. They have not shied away or been scared to try to implement anything that I have come up with

I think the main area of improvement it would just be to make sure that the requirements are fully understood in the beginning so that the timeline as well as the cost is within what you estimated for the project

I have constant communication with E-tech throughout each project & am always satisfied with the results. If any problems arise, they are always dealt with professionally & resolved quickly. i have given them approximately 50 projects so far.

I send an email in with specifics of what I need and Etech's team sends me back the finished product. At that point if something is on there that I do not like, I just let them know and they fix it for me.
