They did not deliver on time. At times i was frustrated with the time it took. I paid extra for a "rush" and assured it would be 7 business days -- and the final project was not delivered until 4-5 weeks later.

We ended up with a website that I really like. So that part was a success.

Commincation. I felt it was a joke that i paid a rush fee. Even after we got the creative done weeks later, the process of switching the site off WIX was another 7-9 day wait. I felt that If you are gonna convince me off my site (WIX) at a rush fee - you have told me the process or better yet - started switching the site over on day one - so it would be ready once the creative was finished.

Eslatech presented me with design choices and help me to choose the best one based on our goals. They then built the site according to my specifications and made multiple revisions to get it exactly right. They attached all the web forms to our CRM and tested the integrations. They provided me with photos and videos to make the site look compelling and put content into the site for us. Then they migrated teh site to our host and replaced the existing site with the new one.

• My old site was replaced with a new one. 
• My forms on the site are producing leads. 
• My keyword rankings have improved on several of our key local search terms.

I hired this company for three months to do some SEO work. About two weeks in, I realized how poorly worded and corny and sales-y the language was. I told them to change it over and over, and they couldn’t do it.

I told them I wanted to cancel and go our separate ways. Now they are currently holding my money and will not give it back.

I am willing to change my review if Esclatech steps up and completes my site. They have missed every deadline, are slow to respond. Ethan calls back, Alvin's# has been disconnected, and Cynthia -(the designer, won't respond)

No, they disappeared after they received my funds. They didn't return calls or emails, and have done nothing since receiveing my funds except for the demo page. Now, they have completely disappeared.

They did an excellent job in building my website and also they marketed it so well that I started getting traffic on my site for the first time, I was scammed many times but Esclatech came in as saviors who finally made it possible without breaking the bank. I have a list of tech providers who are scamming people nowadays and I can truly say that Esclatech is not one of them, highly recommend!!!

Beautiful website.  Social media campaign not started yet, so I don't know the success of that project yet.

I was not on a tight time schedule. However, they moved things a long at a reaonable clip, without me having to prod them.  If I had an idea about the website they had not included, they quickly incorporated it.

They are very, very confident about delivering results. Their confidence can't help but be contagious. So far, they were correct about the website. I will see if they will be correct about increasing traffic.

I dealt with four people. Sometimes the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. However, after I contacted different people and explained my problem, they would quickly communicate with each other and get the problem sorted out.

Also, since I was entirely new to the whole process, I needed my hand held a little bit more. Often I didn't know what was coming next, and had to ask for clarification (which was always promptly and cheerfully given). I think laying out the whole plan for the customer from beginning to end might be helpful.
