Being a startup, we were in search of a partner in Sri Lanka to hire experienced software developers. We reached out to the Era Biz Solutions team and, in a very short period, managed to establish a really healthy business relationship. Currently, we have hired more than 15 developers from them.

Overall, as a company, we are really happy with their support. The Era Biz Solution team was able to deliver the projects on time, and the quality of the work is really good. One of the most important aspects is that they assign a dedicated project manager, and it's really easy to communicate with the management team if there are any issues.

Yes, most of the time they deliver the projects on time and since it's really easy to reach the management team, we are able to sort out issues without any delays. What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I have worked with a few companies in India and Pakistan, but the experience was not pleasant, I would say. However, the management team of Era Biz Solutions is the key difference, I think. Maintaining a remote team is not an easy job when we are not able to get necessary support on time from the outsourcing company.
