Ephoenix Technologies handled everything from initial planning to final deployment. They worked with us to finalize the sitemap and design mockups, then moved into custom theme development in WordPress. The site included a homepage, service pages, blog functionality, contact forms, and performance optimization. They also set up SEO best practices, integrated Google Analytics, and provided CMS training so our client could manage content themselves.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The end result was a polished, high-performing website that both our team and the client were extremely happy with. The site loads quickly, ranks well on Google for local searches, and is easy to manage. Our client saw a noticeable increase in site traffic and inquiries within the first month of launch. Thanks to the quality of their work, we’ve decided to continue working with Ephoenix for other upcoming web projects.

Their developers also made sure the backend was clean and user-friendly for our non-technical client. It’s rare to find a team that can balance technical precision with user-centric design so well.

There was a minor delay in final content migration due to a plugin conflict, but they resolved it quickly and kept us in the loop. Other than that, everything went smoothly. Overall, no major issues  they exceeded our expectations.
