We engaged Entrix Labs to develop a comprehensive Web and Mobile Application solution for  Water Park. The experience with their team has been exceptional.

The project, which took approximately 10 months to complete, involved developing a Laravel/Next.js-based website and CMS, along with Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) mobile applications. Additionally, the CMS was seamlessly integrated with Galaxy POS, enabling smooth handling of both online and offline ticketing systems. The project managers, Mr. John and Mr. Rohith, were highly understanding and supportive throughout the development process.

Entrix Labs' DevOps team also delivered a robust infrastructure solution on AWS, featuring three environments: Development, Staging, and Live. The platform was designed to be scalable and secure, ensuring high performance for our applications.

After the delivery, we entered into an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for both Web & Mobile App support and AWS infrastructure maintenance. This ongoing contract has been managed exceptionally well, with updates and issues handled promptly. Initially, there were some challenges related to the ticketing and payment systems, but Entrix Labs' Development and DevOps teams resolved these effectively and efficiently.

Overall, the project and its subsequent maintenance have been managed seamlessly. We are delighted with the professionalism, expertise, and dedication demonstrated by the Entrix Labs team.

Although there was some delay in development due to third-party API integrations, it was understandable as they ensured thorough checks and implemented a scalable approach, which we appreciated.

We engaged Entrix Labs for the design, development, and implementation of our mobile app and CMS, and the collaboration has been exceptional. The Entrix Labs team has consistently delivered on their promises, exceeding our expectations.

The development of our mobile application for both Android and iOS platforms took approximately 12 months. Alongside the app, a CMS built on Laravel was developed and seamlessly integrated with APIs. Throughout the project, the Project Managers, Mr. John and later Mr. Rohith, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and were highly supportive, ensuring smooth progress at every stage.

Entrix Labs also set up a robust multi-tier infrastructure for hosting our applications on AWS, including Development, Pre-live, and Live environments with autoscaling capabilities, all managed by their skilled DevOps team.

Following the successful delivery of the mobile app, we entered into an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) covering both infrastructure and app maintenance. This ongoing contract, now in its second year, has been managed seamlessly. The team has handled updates and maintenance requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring uninterrupted operations.

While the app initially experienced minor issues with some APIs, the Development and DevOps teams at Entrix Labs resolved them quickly and effectively, reflecting their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Overall, we are extremely pleased with Entrix Labs' services and the continued success of the AMC contract. Their expertise, professionalism, and dedication have made them a valuable partner in our project.
