I’m the manager of Fusion Systems. We’re an IT company that provides multiple services, including ERP implementations and custom software development. We’re based in the Middle East but also have branches in Canada and Africa.

What was the scope of their engagement?

We’ve done ERP implementations in an open source ERP platform, and they also have a version for enterprises that’s proprietary. We work together in all project stages, from product initiation to implementation. Whenever we introduce new products, we work together to deliver these products from scratch.

We also collaborate on designing the products, defining the business rules and conducting business analyses for every new product. In a nutshell,  we develop and design the product, launch and install it for our clients, and provide support after product delivery.

What is the team composition?

We work with five people from their team, but I think there are others working in their back office.

I met them during my trip to India, where I was searching for partners for this project.

We’ve spent about more than $30,000 on this project so far.

We began working with them in 2017, and our partnership is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of their work has been great — the code they give us is always top-notch. Our customers have also been satisfied with their services, especially with the support they provide whenever there’s a problem. Overall, they’ve exceeded our expectations.

They’ve been doing a great job in terms of sticking to the timelines that we had set for them. Moreover, they communicate openly and are always reachable whenever we need their help. We use Primavera as our project management tool and have a shared Google Drive.

We’ve been impressed with their creativity. Their team also works hand in hand with us to satisfy our clients, treating them as if they’re their own clients as well.

They’ve been great in this project, and we don't have any complaints about them.

Be clear with your requirements, trust them, and be transparent. By doing so, you’ll eventually realize that they’re a very reliable partner.

Entrivis Tech Pvt. Ltd. designed and development ERP solution for our business. We were looking for cloud solution to manage our operations.

Entrivis Tech Pvt. Ltd presented a nice demo of Odoo to suffice our requirements. We explained our challenges to them. They configured the ERP system and delivered a working solution. The solution includes CRM, Sales, Purchase, Accounting, HRMS, Payroll and Website modules.

They designed and developed the customized solution based on Odoo 14. The server is hosted on AWS. They conducted multiple sessions to understand the requirements and created a BRD. We signed the BRD after few revisions. Next step was development.

They had weekly meeting with me to show the progress. Once the solution is finalised, it was deployed on the server. The user training was delivered and users started using the system.

All the points agreed on the BRD are successfully developed and delivered. They have been true to the deadlines they have provided from the beginning. Highly recommended!

Though the project was small, they have been professional in their approach. We used Skype, Whatsapp for communication and Odoo's project management for requirements tracking.

Entrivis understands the requirements quite easily and mapped the processes accurately with Odoo. They had commendable product knowledge, which was critical to the project's success.

Maybe they could have allocated the one more resource to reduce the timeline.

Entrivistech has a very cooperative, helpful team they helped us from scratch right from server setup, migration from the older server to the new one, new database setup, performing required configuration, and setting up the modules and necessary changes in the report. With a quick response time all this in a week was done seamlessly without affecting my company operations.

Entrivis Tech Pvt. Ltd. implemented an ERP solution tailored to our courier management needs. This included the development and integration of modules for booking orders with customised field informations at booking level, grouped invoice for customers and customised reports as per our requirements.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Initially we were using excel and manual register for the bookings, by implementing ERP from Entrivis, it allowed us to manage the bookings efficiently, earlier we had to manually check for multiple bookings and generate the invoice now with a single click we are able to generate and send the invoices to our customers.
Overall our efficiency and speed increased 10,20X just by implementing system. Our staff is really happy as their manual work is now way less than what we initially was facing a huge gap.

Entrivis Tech demonstrated excellent project management, consistently delivering items on time and exceeding our expectations. Their responsiveness to our needs was exceptional, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of any issues that arose. 
Coming from non tech background and our team was hesitant using the system, Entrivis Team PM helped us in implementing simple user interface where it allowed our team was able to easily use the system. Entrivis team personally trained and help us to onboard and use the systems

• One of the most significant outcomes of implementing Odoo CRM and Website is increased efficiency. By using CRM,Website, Social media integration and other app such as documents management helped us in several ways like better customer experience, better scheduling of activities and increase in our sales.
