Farlen led the project from start to finish, beginning with an in-depth feasibility study to evaluate API compatibility between the Hostfully and Ecobee platforms. He developed a detailed design document outlining project objectives, architecture, and technical specifications. Following that, he implemented and tested a prototype for a single property, gathering and applying feedback for optimization. The final scalable solution was deployed across our entire property portfolio, complete with added features to enhance its functionality.

Completion of the project within the three to four week timeline was another critical metric, with timely delivery indicating effective project management.

Build an AI agent that advices employees on safe work and Sustainable Employment in general. 

Users can converse with the agent and the Chatbot provides a plan and advice from a database with interventions.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Success will be measured by increased employee engagement through accessing and utilizing interventions, indicating higher awareness and relevance of resources.

A working prototype that offers quality advice and a personal plan to the user. 

Operational efficiency will be evaluated by reduced HR workload and seamless scalability, ensuring the platform’s long-term sustainability and effectiveness.

We used Trello and Notion for project management. We had weekly meetings to keep progress. In between I could easily reach the developer through Discord for quick questions.

Some aspects of the project were technically complex and required more time than we planned. This was communicated clearly.

Enny.ai is primarily for development, but the developer also gave quality advice on the user experience, startup strategy and building cost efficiently. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Enny AI could have done differently?

Not that I can think of. Any delays were caused by technical challenges or external issues like the platform doing updates that required us to change plans.
