Yes, we started with 0 users when we first launched our business. Now we have over 700 models and worked with over 250 clients worldwide. We get many applications everyday and the technology has become very successful for us.

Project management was great, we wanted things done in a particular way and we addressed that to the team and they get it. A couple of miscommunication however was resolved over messaging and virtual meetings.

I would say keep doing what you guys are doing, we have seen massive improvement on the communications and development work. Maybe add security measures in there as this is key for us.

The ongoing relationship (as at August 2023) is about developing one specific game for the market. After Encoresky produced the first version of the game (in 2019), we tested it, found design problems, or learned of better ways to improve the user experience. Then Encoresky implemented the changes in a timely fashion and on budget. This cycle has been repeated ever since. Encoresky also contributed ideas that became improvements along the way as the game took shape.

Their patience with the constant changes made to the game over the four-year development period. Also, I found them adaptable at crucial development points when I knew they were challenged. For example: at one point the code and business logic that had been written had to be changed completely.

No. The product they have produced for my company is amazing, so I would not change a thing.

I am CEO of a software development company based in Munich, Germany. I mainly work as the head project manager in this company, as a so called "product owner" (SCRUM).

We hired EncoreSky several times for app developments, especially in the mobile app sector for Android and iOS. Last time we've had a complex IoT project with them, they solved it with eagerness.

What were your goals for this project?

We have had the IoT implementation with an electrician of our end. Together with EncoreSky we have new created native apps which are able to interact with our bluetooth module. This module is connected to offline washing machines.

We have also made experiences with other companies, but EncoreSky had best reviews on other platforms and after our first small project we had quickly realized that this company makes a great job so we re-hired them again and again.

We have hired a graphic designer and two FrontEnd developers. The BackEnd development and the electrician work and the concepting work was done on our end.

The product is near the release, but as mentioned we also worked on other smaller projects with EncoreSky and it was always to our full satisfaction and also to the full satisfaction of our clients.

The workflow was great, coordinated through Trello and GitHub.

A very reliable communicational behaviour — they have a friendly way of interacting, and we like their willingness to tackle new big tasks, as well.

We wanted to build a relationship with a company to help build out our infrastructure.

What was the scope of their involvement?

When we went to them, our site was 80% complete, and they took it the rest of the way to the gate, designing and building out the mobile apps as well. They were for iOS and Android. They helped build out the entire mobile platform and worked with us to develop the API for that.

We have a point lead for web development and applications, and a point lead for mobile applications.

I did a lot of regional, national, and international searching, and took recommendations from quite a few of my contacts.

We’ve been working with them since December 2018.

The feedback we’ve gotten from the UI has all been positive. Before them, the feedback wasn’t so good. The design and implementation led to a better UX, for sure. The impact has been very, very positive.

You’re going to have highs and lows with any group you work with, but, at the end of the day, they deliver.

We used Kanban methodology and other tools. It’s very organized and professional. Everything is done according to plan, and we have a structured bug report process and implementation process.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We haven’t been disappointed with them at all. They’re reliable, responsive, and they get the work done. They’re pretty talented folks. Additionally, I trust them, and that’s paramount. You have to trust the team you’re working with, especially when they’re not in your facility or your region.

If something went down at 11 pm their time, someone would get out of bed and look at it.

They are excellent overall.

Trust in them and their abilities. They’re customer-centric and have their customers’ best interests at heart. Trust them – they’ll deliver.

The project was an all-around development of an online platform for users to keep up with each other. Services included developing an interactive frontend primarily in JavaScript, setting up and programming an intricate SQL database, programming an API predominantly in PHP, and creating and running PHP scripts to implement data scraped from the web.

The team was made up of about twelve people, though an average of only about three developers would work at a time depending on the need at the time. There were various types of developers that would work: frontend, API, database, web, and mobile developers.

This project has given my business a platform to provides consumers with this software as a service ("SaaS"). My company now has a product to market and generate revenue with.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I communicated primarily with a developer that communicated tasks assigned by me to other developers. Though there were no formal deadlines, the developers were able to speedily complete quality programming tasks within time estimations given.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I found EncoreSky's speed in completing intricate tasks with high-quality code most impressive. Clean code was often written at a pace multiple times faster than developers elsewhere.

Though there is little to be improved, I would suggest to other potential clients to have mock-ups and ideas thoroughly developed so that the requirements of your project are clearly understood by all parties.
