What challenge were you trying to address with Enchanter Corporation?

We needed support for building our website and handling our social media marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Enchanter Corporation has developed a dynamic website for our company. They have continued to update our training programs and reviews, and also provide SEO and analytics services. The site enables online registration. I am not a technical person, so I can’t mention the technologies used for building the site.

The initial design process took around three months. We supplied content to Enchanter and we took some time choosing designs.

Their team helped us with a Facebook promotion when our team was smaller. We have taken over this part since then. Enchanter has a team of very creative people who have made designs for brochures, fliers, and similar material.

We have a very good relationship with the Enchanter team. They have evolved a lot since we started working with them a year and a half ago. Their responsiveness, support and turnaround time are very good. We can give them a task, and receive a concrete result within 24 hours.

How much have you invested with Enchanter Corporation?

The initial cost was around 30,000 Qatari Riyal, or $10,000. The cost has added up since then as we did more work.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Enchanter Corporation in February 2016 shortly after our company was registered. The project had a three-month duration. They have continued to provide support for content changes and curation, creating new posts, and so on.

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

It’s been a good experience working with Enchanter, and we have developed a good relationship with their team.

Initially, when we didn’t have a marketing or sales team, the entire support came from Enchanter. This has contributed to our business growth, and it’s the reason we’ve continued to give them work. I would give them a 10/10 rating.

Our social media followers have grown since the start, and our relationship is continuing to grow.

How did Enchanter Corporation perform from a project management standpoint?

My team normally communicated with Enchanter through video conference via Skype and WhatsApp. We haven’t used any project management tools. I receive status updates from my internal team on a weekly basis for all our ventures including Enchanter. We have a financial sheet on which we maintain all reports and progress.

The turnaround time is usually 24 hours. I can assign a task to Enchanter today and have it completed by the same time the next day. I haven’t needed to follow up with them or actively track the work.

What did you find most impressive about Enchanter Corporation?

The support is very good with Enchanter and it’s an essential part of the collaboration. We had a strategy of not depending on a single company for marketing and tried using other places in late 2016, but it didn’t work well for us. The support we received was not at the level that Enchanter was extending to us.

Are there any areas Enchanter Corporation could improve?

There were some hiccups in the initial stages, which made the website development take three months to complete. The delay was also on our part, with giving content to Enchanter, so I accept fault as well. I have no complaints, otherwise. They are doing a good job.

I’m the CEO of an events organization in the United Kingdom. We run events in and around the U.K. for the biotech, pharma, and dental industries.

What challenge were you trying to address with Enchanter Corporation?

Our goal was to achieve the deliverables that we had at the beginning of the project with regards to IT support, application support, and mobile app development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The project that we gave to Enchanter was to build up a dynamic website for one of the massive flagship events called the Pharmacovigilance Europe Conference.

We wanted a good look and feel. We wanted some videos and motion. We wanted the speaker and image quality to be great. I’m not a technical person so I can’t give more details about that. It was my team below me that liaised with them directly, but I oversaw the entire thing.

They were 15-20 people involved who were working with me on this project. The size of their team remained stable.

How did you come to work with Enchanter Corporation?

We had an IT supplier prior to working with Enchanter and had an awful experience with them; we would never recommend that group to anyone).

For this selection process, we were skimming and scanning to get the best service provider because we’re a global organization in the U.K. and want the best for our company. Out of all the service providers globally, Enchanter was the only company who met our needs and requirements. We found out that Enchanter was outstanding based on lots of online reviews about them.

We spoke to them and took references and reviews from others, including word of mouth. We inquired references about the support they gave to their clients, and they were very satisfactory.

I also think the CEO of the organization is brilliant. He’s a very effective and a dynamic communicator. He made it hassle-free for us to be honest.

How much have you invested with Enchanter Corporation?

To be honest, I don’t have an actual track record of how much we have invested overall, but the Pharmacovigilance Europe project that we gave them was about $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

They started it in December 2016 and completed it in February 2017. They promised to deliver our project by 3 to 4 months. However, we have to appreciate the fact that they delivered it before the assumed deadline—they promised to deliver it to us by March or April, but they delivered to us by February.

We are very happy with Enchanter and would definitely be with them in the future. We wouldn’t consider any other suppliers.

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

Because they created a dynamic website, the look and feel of the website is absolutely great. The sales boosted compared to what we had, and the input they gave was valuable.

All the guys from Enchanter did a great job. Normally when we go through an app developer or speak to an IT solution provider, they have fixed times. However, Enchanter was very cooperative, irrespective of the time limit. Day or night, they made sure they delivered. They were very accurate—even though their office was closed, they made sure they worked at home to meet our deadlines. They gave us amazing customer service and were of great support to us.

How did Enchanter Corporation perform from a project management standpoint?

Excellent. Whenever we hand over a project to them, they made sure there’s effective communication. The CEO breaks down the relevant information to a customer’s point of view, no matter how complicated it is. After the project, he clearly explains to us as to how he’s going to take it forward. Once the payment is done, they start it off, finish it before deadlines as promised, and deliver it accurately. In case there are any minor errors or additions, they do it at any point in time.

We were communicating with them on a daily basis. We do understand the fact that we are in the U.K. and they’re in a different part of the world. Despite the time difference, they communicated effectively. They called us, gave us feedback, and emailed us promptly as to what they were doing, so there wasn’t any need for us to contact them with regards to the project. Once we asked them something, there was no need for us to follow up or keep nagging or pestering them. Once we tell them about the work, it’s just done then and there. Before we can ever ask them about an update of the work, they give us an update as to where the work is and provide effective communication, so there’s absolutely no hassle from a customer’s point of view.

What did you find most impressive about Enchanter Corporation?

It’s their effective communication and delivery of their work on time. The support was very good and responsive. People on their team were very helpful, making sure the project met our expectations. There are no cons with their work. Absolutely perfect and fantastic.

Are there any areas Enchanter Corporation could improve?

No criticisms.

What tips or recommendations could you share that might increase the likelihood of success with Enchanter Corporation?

I would ask them to close their eyes and go blindly with Enchanter, because they are the best in the industry as far as IT solutions, mobile app development, and web app development is concerned. For people who want effective, extraordinary IT service and who are looking for the best in mobile apps, I would recommend them to go to Enchanter to enjoy the best service in the industry.
