Creation of New web apps and forms, Management of Web Server, updates and handling support tickets, Checking of Data Security, cleaning of malware and recover websites when being hacked or compromised, New Script installation and back-end coding related activities, Domain/Server maintenance/migration and necessary technical support.

What was the team composition?

Its a small team work primarily me and my business partner working directly with Elogicsoft. At times our team of 5 people also have interacted directly with Elogicsoft to get specific changes done on the WordPress websites.

Consistent contributor to most of our projects.

No project management tool was used. Direct emails and messages were used.

Their quick turnaround time and availability stood out to us.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There are many updates in the industry with front end aspects of web development. It will be powerful to have more expertise in aspects of CSS as well.

We provide technical support services like calibrations and repair services to various laboratories and blood centers.

What challenge were you trying to address with ELOGICSOFT.COM?

When I brought them on, we had an existing website and just wanted to rebuild it to look the same but have updated code and be mobile friendly.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They redeveloped the website in CSS and would update the code directly to our servers. After that, we brought their team back on to run some SEO for the site as well, which mostly consisted of keyword targeting and some digital marketing strategy.

What is the team composition?

We only ever communicated with one member of their team through email, so I’m not exactly sure how many people are on their team.

How did you come to work with ELOGICSOFT.COM?

I just came across them by looking up developers on Google. They were the only company I found who would rework the CSS code without actually changing anything about the frontend appearance of the website.

How much have you invested with them?

The overall cost was about $5,000

What is the status of this engagement?

I worked with them from October 2016–October 2017.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our website ranked at the top of search results for all of our targeted keywords at the end of the engagement. We haven’t done any updates in quite some time, but we’re probably still on the first page.

They made sure that the website worked on any possible model or legacy devices, including old browsers. You never know what kind of software laboratories have on their computers, so they made sure that as many people would be able to use it as possible.

How did ELOGICSOFT.COM perform from a project management standpoint?

From a project management standpoint, they met the timeframe requirements, they were good about communicating, and they would always verify anything about the process and get back to us with revisions within a day or so.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I knew what I wanted done for this product. They were the only company that was able to accomplish exactly what I wanted.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t believe there’s anything specific I wish they had done differently.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I don’t have any particular advice, but I would definitely recommend that anyone who has a clear vision for their website reach out to them.

We had a conversation on Skype at first, discussed all the requirements, then paid half the cost as advance. After that they developed my website in 3 months span, In between there were conversation on calls for adding of contents and revisions on some parts.

I am now generating leads for my masterclass and in-company training through the website.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

He mentioned all the milestones on the excel sheet and allocated a deadline for each activity. Apart from couple of times when the milestones deadline was missed, most of the milestones were on time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have a friendly approach. availability to resolve issues, Human touch.
