We run structured, not constant. Every engagement starts with the Audit, a written report with the specific numbers behind the problem, not a slide deck of impressions. During the Build, we report against the metric agreed to before we started, not hours logged or tasks completed. After launch, we track that metric for 30 to 60 days and share what's actually moving, weekly at first, then as needed. You always know exactly which number we're accountable for and where it stands.

We follow a fixed sequence: Discovery, a free 30-minute call, then a paid Audit where we map the workflow, quantify the drag, and return a written proposal. If the client proceeds, we move to Build, where we design and implement only what the audit proved was worth fixing, not what was originally asked for. Every build has one metric defined in writing before work starts. We stay through a 30 to 60 day adoption window post-launch, training the team and fixing what breaks, before handing off to an optional retainer for ongoing support.

We design for client-controlled infrastructure wherever possible, meaning your data stays on your own cloud environment or on-premise setup rather than a black-box third-party system. For regulated industries like healthcare and fintech, we build with compliance requirements as a design input from day one, not an afterthought, and document workflow logic so it can be audited internally.

We tell you, and we stop there. We don't get paid by convincing you to build something. Our Outcome Rule is simple: we only propose a build when the numbers show a clear path to a specific result, agreed in writing before we start. If they don't, you get the audit findings and we part ways, no build, no upsell.

Discovery is a single 30-minute call, scheduled within days of first contact. The Audit itself takes one to two weeks depending on the complexity of the business. Build timelines vary with scope, a simple automation might take a few weeks, a full AI system takes longer, but we always set that timeline at the end of the Audit, once we know exactly what we're building, not before.
