PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!! Please be aware of this company especially if you are an overseas client. The CEO tried to rope me in with the free lunch of which I accepted thinking at the time it is not a free lunch as ultimately him and his friend would get paid, but wow wasn't I wrong.
Basically he agreed to make changes to my App for free and once I was happy with the job I could pay. Having had problems before with offshore developers I agreed as the CEO came across initially, as very proffesional. I did not see this initially as a free lunch as I was going to pay, but after a few months I realised I mad a mistake as these guys were reluctant or incapable of doing the job because they were not getting payment, I realised the offer to get paid after the job was just a ploy to rope me in, they had no intention of doing my job as per my request all they wanted was to send me anything then request payment before they would do anything more,
I could not agree to this as it became apparent they were incapable of doing my job and I was not going to pay them for the pleasure of wasting my time. I took up his offer via Upwork of which he claims his company is Top Rated despite only completing one job. Anyway after accepting my contract on the 8th Deceber 2019 things started to go down hill, I repeatedly told the vendor ask me questions before you make any changes so as to avoid any delays, instead of doing this the CEO rushed ahead and done some changes off his own back which were terrible, when I told them this was not what I wanted he just did not get it.
I repeatedly told him if you dont ask what I want how can you know, he would just play dumb. One month passed, two months passed and I noticed he kept on sending me App Builds that were not per my requirements. I was getting frustrated at this point because I new he would soon start to request payment and I thought I am not paying for an App that I did not ask for, he had a detail description of what I wanted but chose instead to do what he wanted. During this time I noticed he had taken another project on via Upwork which paid far more money then mine, so it was evident that he was now sleeping on my job.
Anyway 3 months has now passed and he is blaming me for the delay in this project and trying to bill me for the project. The deal was I should have a functional App of which I don't and it should be per my requirements. I became to realise him and his friend could not complete my job as they did not have the skills but they wanted to try and charge me for the poor work they had done. PLEASE PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY (They claim to be a company but I think he is working from a cafe) Do not let them waste your time, there work is very poor and they will try and extort money from you.

I thought they were a company but I believe he was working from home and shared some work with his friends.

By me I was upfront and honest, him and his friend were not honest and did not keep to their word.
