Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the founder and CEO of Eraj, It is an ecommerce platform of Bangladesh.

For what projects/services did your company hire Elegance IT Sloution, and what were your goals?

We hired elegance IT Solution to develop our website. Our Goal was to develop a website that would be user-friendly on both mobile and desktop.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I got Elegance IT Solution through a google search engine Result, and I visited their website, I saw their work strategy and previous work portfolio and reviews. After that, I contacted a representative. The Elegant IT Representative was very smart. He listened first to my requirements and gave me suggestions and described what I should do because I didn't know what I had to do. This thing impressed me a lot.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

At first, we scheduled a meeting to discuss project goals and objectives and showed a wire map to the Elegance IT Solution team. They did UI/UX design as per Wire map. I confirmed the design and their team worked on it few months and developed a site. and started updating content as per our requirements. It was a very cooperative journey with Elegance IT Solution. Technologies used - Java script, jQuery, Auxo's etc.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Lots of Elegance IT team members worked with us, especially their researcher, Designer, developer, and advisor Contacted On the other hand, assigned a member to contact us consistently about the project till the end.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After Launching, we saw the website as what our requirement was And were able to use it from mobile and desktop. This site looks unique and the Design totally updated.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The Elegance IT Solution team's project management system was professional. At first, they gave me a flowchart where it was noted- how they will do work, their work strategy, and where they need to present and correct us. all the segments were noted that's why it was easy to attend any meeting on time. The maximum conversation was via email, and sometimes attended zoom meetings for correction and updating.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Elegance IT Solution UI/UX Design team when gave us to see the design, literally that Time we were surprised lot, First impression I can’t overlook to it. Another thing I should share because our website cost was the most reasonable. It is another different thing from the Elegance IT Solution that I didn't get from others when I was looking for vendors.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Towards the end, We got some issues like content duplicates and some page 4o4 issues. We notified them to fix these issues and they fixed all problems. But Maybe they should take a test before delivering a project.
