Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the owner of a local business in my region dealing with clothing, arts, and utility business. We are a group of 10 and have positioned our business to a greater level in a short span of time.

We launched our business and gathered infographics on the market and wanted to scale up my brand, due to the pandemic we came to know that digital marketing will be the apt option to reach our target audience. By creating digital marketing strategies we thought that we will gain more sales and customers for our business

Through one of our referrals, we came to know about Elatre. We personally approached them and received positive and energetic responses from the Team. We were overwhelmed by their initial feedback and the plans they offered to improve our business.

Since our product and business were in the initial stage, we didn't know how digital marketing is going to benefit us and help us on the ROI. The Team at Elatre first gave us the action plans they are going to execute and integrated us to accounts in social media, created one for us and our company, and slowly helped us via Facebook Ads, Google Ads, PPC.

We had a digital marketing manager, social media marketing team, Google Ads Team, and Strategy Manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The digital marketing strategies and ads that were given by the Elatre Team made us help gain an initial sales base for our products. Our sales rate in the pandemic increased from 10% to 50% through these digital marketing trends and ideas.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We has frequent calls with the team whenever we had doubts or clarifications on our project. Weekly once mostly Friday we used to set up meetings between our team and the Elatre team to discuss the plans for next week.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The best thing that we find about Elatre is their friendly approach towards the customers and the best goals they have entrusted to us. We were thoroughly impressed by the teamwork and their uniqueness lies in the fact that each idea and plan they provide act as the building blocks to our business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We've been happy with their services. No loophole in their service so far.
