As part of the tram their engineers delivered enterprise-level software and digital transformation services to one of the biggest telcos in the US using  engineering expertise to support platform reliability, data integration, and modernisation initiatives across complex digital systems.

Key results included improved system performance and scalability, enabling the platform to support significantly higher user volumes without degradation. Release cycles were accelerated through engineering optimizations and modernization of legacy components, reducing time-to-market for new features.

Our flagship product, RMH POS, was launched in 2016 to give small-to-medium size retailers a next-generation replacement solution for the end-of-life Microsoft Dynamics Retail Management System (RMS). A few years later in 2019, RMH Central was released to provide multi-store retailer operators the capability to manage all their store systems from a centralized location.

Today, RMH software, sold and serviced through a worldwide network of highly trained and Certified regional Distributors and Resellers, can be found in thousands of specialty retail shops across the globe.

The core RMH software includes a robust set of features and functions ‘out of the box’ to meet the business requirements of a wide variety of retailers. This solution focuses on perfecting operational excellence, accelerating product time-to-market, unification of fixed-line, mobile and IP services, and guaranteeing service accuracy from the cloud with virtualized platforms.

Senior java developers onboarded very fast among other vendors for FlowOne/ UIV development, took action development responsibility, and delivered exceptional result in time and budget. Significant experience in FlowOne related projects since 2018 with skillful engineers working since the beginning of the collaboration, resulting in optimized delivery times (reduced time of feature deliveries to Production). 

Leading full development activities in many LAT and EU Telcos (Antel Uruguay, TIM Brazil, Telenor Norway, Three Ireland etc.). EU Nearshoring and ability to travel frequently to EU countries.
