For this project, Einnovention was hired to develop both the front-end and back-end of an interactive website. The user interface allows users to drag and drop music files to augment their creative writing.

I selected this company for this larger project based on their success with a smaller project and because of their commitment to excellence.

I based the user interface on another site that uses drag and drop features. From this initial design, I was able to provide Einnovention with wireframes that helped them create a first draft of the site. The, we worked together to fine tune what the users would need to get the most out of the site.

How many resources from the service provider's team worked with you?

I worked largely with the lead developer but also interacted with other members of his team at different times throughout the process.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I am happy with what Einnovention created and, more importantly, how quickly they resolved bugs that invariably crop up on new sites and applications. As a baseline, the site functions as it should and will, with more testing and feedback, continue to become a robust and reliable educational tool for teacher, parents, and student.

Excellent. The project director and I stayed in contact using several different social media tools.

Their attention to detail was impressive. Additionally, they offered suggestions that had not occurred to me.

Are there areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Communication is critical, on the client side and the provider side. As I reflect, the few issues we had were due to my lack of specificity and Einnovention attempting to create without all the information they needed.
