We are a startup that is developing a platform that allows users to create different themes for their web app, and websites just like Wix but is more UI-centric.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
They had to develop a platform where based on the selection of users and their descriptions different themes and web pages would be generated that can be then directly downloaded as a full code or hosted via our platform as well. They were responsible for the development of the frontend, backend, and some parts of hosting services as well.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We were satisfied with the development of the platform. the UI was very clean and minimal and easy on the eyes for new users which we wanted as the top priority it was modern and a little bit slow but they said that after some backend optimization, it will become quick as we wanted everything/every change that user makes in realtime and after some time it did become fast so happy for the most part.

For the most part yes everything was going well and milestones were met as well according to the timeline they provided as well there may be a delay of a day or two sometimes but they did provide reasons for them which were valid at some point so management was good enough

The requirements we had in mind, they understood very well and the outcomes matched the expectations so I would say they had a clear understanding of requirements and good suggestions that would benefit us.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Einfonets Technologies could have done differently?
Development-wise they were good but I would say they can work on predicting timelines more precisely because like I said before there were times when there would be a delay of a day or two.
