Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We required an eCommerce store to be developed, with customisations. A customer had to complete an online Skin Assessment or Medical Questionnaire, prior to purchasing active ingredient skin care products. This step had to be integrated with the checkout process to unlock purchases. We are well-known and trusted in the market since 1998, but our old website did not reflect the value and expertise that the clinic and aestheticians provide. We needed a fresh, dynamic and responsive website to be designed. Unique quality content and technical on-page SEO was required. The website was not mobile responsive and easy to navigate. Bounce rates were high and leads were low. We needed this rectified. We had a large patient database and no means of communicating promotions and treatment news with their customers. We needed a CRM solution.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

User feedback has been immensely positive as customers can re-order their monthly skin care products with ease. Past and present customers receive monthly email communication with incentives and discounts that has resulted in an upswing of repeat bookings and product sales. We save a lot of time with the online booking process and automation tools.

Our customers benefit from a faster feedback cycle, which has also reduced business costs. Google Ads and SEO work done is attracting plenty of new customers from all around Gauteng and outlying areas. We have been able to expand our treatment offering and grow our practice.

They explained the whole process and held our hand throughout. Explaining Organic SEO optimization, Google Ad campaigns, shopping carts etc in so much detail. Their professional, innovative and creative approach and extensive knowledge were exactly what we needed for our specialist clinic.
