Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the co-founder of Globose International Ltd., an e-commerce-based company that’s mainly focused on Amazon.

What challenge were you trying to address with eComsultings?

We were looking to establish our company on the Amazon platform, so we needed someone to provide us with expert insight to make that happen.

eComsultings is providing us with business consultancy regarding the Amazon e-commerce platform.

We interface with the founder, and we’re also working with two people from their team.

How did you come to work with eComsultings?

We were contacting different business vendors to provide us with their consultancy service, and found eComsultings communication incomparable.

They were very accurate with their market perspective and they understood what steps to take to ensure our business’s success.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve roughly spent around $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership started in January 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The metrics are quite personal to our business, so I will just say if we were previously selling 30 units of our products per day, eComsultings has increased that number to 50–60 units. 

They’ve also improved our profits by 50% while simultaneously lowering our expenses by 20% — they enabled us to cut back on items that weren’t adding any value to our business and as a result, we have more money in our hands to develop and launch our next product.

How did eComsultings perform from a project management standpoint?

eComsultings is great from a project management standpoint because they’re able to adhere to the initial timeframes they provided with ease. They consistently update us on the progress of the project, deliver their tasks in a timely manner, and come up with solutions whenever we experience any shortcomings.

Furthermore, they’re always available to communicate with us even outside of working hours to make up for the timezone differences.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What distinguishes them from other service providers is their communication skills and deep understanding of the client's needs. They always consider our perspective and position to recommend the best way to move forward.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’re quite happy with what we’ve achieved with them, so I can’t think of anything they could improve on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would recommend not hesitating to provide your feedback on time so that they can rectify any concerns as early as possible.
