We got connected through LinkedIn and after that we had our online meeting for requirement and project discussion. After that they submitted the proper plan like how they would create the structure. We worked collaboratively to decide which tools and technologies would work best for us and we finally decided to go with Php

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

eComStreet delivered my web application project on time and within the budget. The application got developed within 3 months They have good hold on their skills, their project management skill is very good. Communication was smooth and hassle-free. They were successfully integrated with the internal team, resulting in a smooth workflow. They are really good with Laravel & API integration. Payment integration was also done very well. It was a complex project but they completed it very smoothly. I highly recommend eComStreet for the back end development.

Every other day and bi weekly meeting were happening. Manager used to share the update on every other day. We were using Slack and Skype for the communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The driving force behind eComStreet is their team. They were very engaged and became a dedicated part of our team. They understand their customers very well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I believe every individual or company works very differently I personally found myself very comfortable with all of their team members so no such improvement tips from my side. It was an awesome experience for Me

I’m the VP of business development at LME services, a technology consulting company.

What challenge were you trying to address with eComStreet inc.?

We needed an app for iOS and Android, with an additional WordPress-based web frontend. We engaged eComStreet inc. to help us build this picture-menu app.  

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

eComStreet inc. helped us develop an app that allows food businesses and restaurants to create a menu just by using a phone camera. In addition to design and development, they helped with product integrations and submitting the app to the App Store.

They’ve also provided ongoing updates and maintenance. I believe they used Flutter to create the mobile app and made the necessary WordPress integrations for the web-based frontend.

What is the team composition?

My main point of contacts were Rakesh (President) and Bee (Senior Software Developer). I believe there were 5 others involved in the development process.

How did you come to work with eComStreet inc.?

I found them through a directory; it might have been Clutch. We were looking for somebody local who could meet our budgetary needs. I ended up choosing Rakesh and his company.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent somewhere between $25,000–$30,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in March of 2020, and the project is complete. The app is in the app store and being used. They still provide ongoing development and product updates.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’ve been happy with what they've delivered. They’ve turned everything I wanted into a reality, product-wise. They’re always able to deliver in a timely and reasonably-priced manner. They never cut corners or make excuses about project requirements.

How did eComStreet inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication is good. We don’t use any formal project management tools, but we get invoices that tell us the hours that they’re billing us for. They could possibly benefit from introducing some more structure to their weekly meetings. They’re always available, but since they’re in India, they can take a little while to reply to emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very budget-friendly. They know what they’re doing, so they can give you realistic expectations for your project — from what it’ll take and what the results will be. They seem to know their industry very well, so I’d also highlight how wide-ranging their skillset is.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I touched upon this in the PM question, but they could improve the speed of their communication. That being said, I know that they’re busy.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure that you have a start-to-finish vision of what you need. They can make it happen, but be sure to communicate your expectations to them. Know what you want to accomplish, and they’ll help you do it.

We hired eComStreet to migrate our existing application from normal shared server to AWS server

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We met at a networking event and the way they explained me the complete migration process there itself, I was amazed and the best part was I understood everything within one meeting and the very next day we collaborated with each other .

We requested them to migrate our existing website from existing shared server to AWS with small changes in the aplication. We were worried as it was very important running application, a small mistake could lead us to extremely major fallback but eComStreet had managed everything very well. They migrated our application successfully without any issue.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Three persons were involved in the project: two DevOps engineers and a tech lead.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Cloud engineers of eComStreet has helped me in deploying our Accounting solutions on AWS cloud The application was already running on the server and we wanted to migrate it from there to AWS server with small changes in the application. It was very critical task as small mistake could lead us to major problem but their team was very proactive and skilled. Migration was done with an ease. The migration was a great success. They always provide prompt service whenever it is needed.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their team was always available and provided prompt service whenever needed. We mostly used email and slack for communication, and zoom meeting to review the progress. Their communication skills & technical skills were the best. There was complete transparency between our team and their team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their technical, communication, and presentation skills everything is the best. As they say they are one point solution for all your needs, I do believe in that now.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

After seeing all my above points I don’t think anything is remaining only one word for them “amazing” and could not have asked for a better development team. I will surely continue working with them in future.

I am a design consultant and my clients want lots of design suggestions and materials for their company. So I have collaborated with eComStreet for the designing services. Goal was to create logos, social media posts, banner etc.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I got to know about them through FB ads. They had published and marketed their design work and at a first glance I liked that so from there we started working and they have completed hundreds of design for us. We always communicated our requirements clearly, and they explained to us what they could do in a detailed manner.

At starting there were five logos and 30 social media posts were needed. I got the reference from FB adv and then we had our online meeting through google meet. They used Coral Draw, Photoshop for the designing. All the projects / task had been delivered within timeline.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All the 5 logos and 30 social media posts had been delivered to me in the promised timeline. There was no delay and the quality of designs were on top. This was the first assignment which I had done with them. That 30 social media post were designed for complete 1 month activities.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I highly appreciate the transparency the team displayed before contracting as they listened to all of the queries and concerns and responded accordingly and in a timely manner. We used to meet two times in a week and there were flexibility in the schedule from my side. But weekly we had one meeting where we discussed the progress, presentations and we shared the feedback.Team was 100% committed towards their work. His senior member Abhay is awesome. His skills and experience are really commendable. We were doing our meeting through skype.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their commitment, availability, design skills, and timely delivery were a few things that impressed me a lot.

If you are looking for any designing support, just go for them.
