I'm the owner of an e-commerce brand called Fansay Fans and I sell large hand fans for music festivals. These fans sell primarily on Amazon, Etsy, farmers markets and Shopify with a heavy focus on Amazon FBA.

I had other work to do with expanding the business and wanted to outsource this task. Additionally, I needed some help with editing photos for listings and adding in A+ content on my 3 listings since I had a lot to edit and touch up.

I hired Umair because he had great reviews from previous clients. After working with him for a few months, I quickly learned that he had a great knack for managing PPC and has automated it himself while working with other clients. He had a great personality and we hit it off. It's always a great pleasure to work with him!

Primarily, I needed help with Amazon PPC to increase sales and conversion rates. I gave him access and permissions to my Amazon Account to manage the PPC and audit the campaigns which he then took over and did just that while lowering ACOS. Goal was to increase sales and lower advertising costs. Additionally, Umair has been providing suggestions and recommendations for ways to expand the business as well.

I've been with Umair himself for the PPC management of my Amazon business as well as a team member of his to edit and update 30+ photos for Amazon A+ Content. I believe the other team member was a graphic designer.

PPC is an ongoing practice with highs and lows depending on demand. Umair has provided great feedback and input based on this through his management of the PPC campaigns. The best outcome of it all was that I wanted my ACOS target to be <20% which was a high achieving goal.

Umair was able to lower ACOS down to <12% at its peak and I've been very thrilled with that. Additionally, the suggestions he made with updating my listing has helped do just that.

Workflow has been great! Umair is very responsive and any need or request my team has, he's very prompt and professional to implement and answer.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found Umairs personality and professional demeanor the most impressive. He's very kind and smiles a lot which is great! When we have video meetings, it doesn't feel so much working with a service, but more like a great friend willing to help out to make you succeed. Because of that, I'm more than willing to stick with Umair for the long term.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

A few months ago, I requested more transparency in the data and workflow he was doing with reports. And Over the last couple months, Umair has been providing these reports with a lot of great feedback on how the campaigns are running along with the trends in demand of my business. The reports have been a great help.

The only area of improvement I could think of is that the reports are not always consistent and look different every time, but I understand the way of reporting is being established. Reports are being refined and with a easy to read document, that would be great to know what to expect when coming out of reports in the future.

We used Asana and Slack app for the regular communication. During the whole project, I was provided with the detailed analysis reports and regular updates afterwards. The reporting was done on weekly basis.

Effective communication and good technical knowledge were two of the most impressive skills. All my concerns were efficiently answered. And the regular reporting was really good
