The scope included product planning, UI/UX design, frontend and backend development, AI voice agent implementation, custom APIs, and cloud infrastructure. They developed features like lead management, sales pipeline, workflow automation, AI-powered calling, conversation history, analytics dashboards, reporting, user management, and role-based access. They also integrated third-party services, handled deployment, DevOps, testing, and ongoing support. The final platform is scalable, easy to use, and has become the core system our team uses every day.

The platform has helped us automate many sales tasks and improved how our team manages leads. We are able to handle almost 2x more customer conversations with the AI voice agents while reducing manual work by around 60%. Response time to new leads is much faster, and our team saves several hours every day because of the automation. Overall, the platform has improved productivity and made our sales process more efficient.

Manual follow-up work has reduced by nearly 60% because of the AI calling and automation features. We also save around 3–4 hours per day across the sales team, and response time to new leads has improved significantly. Overall, the CRM has made our sales process much faster and more organized.We noticed an improvement in sales conversion rates after using the new CRM. Our lead response time became much faster, follow-ups were more consistent because of the AI calling feature, and our overall sales conversion improved by around 20–25%.
