I’m the CEO of skoorep, an African educational platform.

What challenge were you trying to address with Ecagon Technologies?

I hired Ecagon Technologies to help me with technology consulting and development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

After we provided them with wireframe design, Ecagon Technologies developed an app and an MVP. Among other features, the product they developed allows users to connect with schools around the world and upload books.

What is the team composition?

I have one main contact who is a programmer.

How did you come to work with Ecagon Technologies?

I’ve known one of the employees for years, and I trust him.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement began in March 2019 and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Although the product hasn’t gone live yet, I know that I’d like to work with them again because they’re a group of young professionals who know what they’re doing in terms of technology.

How did Ecagon Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Their communication and responsiveness are excellent. When I ask for changes, they comply immediately. They deliver on, or ahead of, schedule. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Ecagon Technologies is able to grasp the concepts and ideas I have and translate them into finished products, which is amazing. They’re very good at what they do.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, none that I can think of. I haven’t found any shortcomings thus far.
