Project managent is a strong point, they are very clear on gaols and milestones achieved; with many tools available for tracking and management.

The company requires a dynamic website that is constantly changing with the seasons and as the business expands. In addition to consumer information, the site must have reservation capability for both accommodations and food services.

We created a short list of regional companies and made a decision based on interviews and recommendations.

Dss developed a comprehensive work plan for the initial work and all future projects. Deliverables, timetables and budgets were identified.
