Double Plus Marketing is a one-person local marketing shop in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, run by me, Josh Bartlett. When you call, you talk to the person who does the work. No account managers, no handoffs.
I help local service businesses get found and get calls: contractors, home service companies, restoration companies, and other businesses that depend on the phone ringing. Most of my clients are in Tuscaloosa and West Alabama, but I am able to work remotely with companies across the United States.

How it works: we start with a free call. I'll look at your business while we talk and tell you what I'd fix first. If it's a fit, I can follow up with a full assessment covering your keywords, technical issues, where you show up on the map across your service area, and whether AI tools mention you.
Pricing comes down to how fast you want to grow. Monthly retainers start at $1,000, and most local clients land between $1,000 and $2,500 depending on how competitive their market is. Website builds start at $4,000. A brand-new business with nothing online and an established company trying to pass a tougher competitor get the same range of services; the budget sets the pace.

Our Story
I started Double Plus Marketing in Tuscaloosa in 2023. It's still just me, and that's on purpose: the person you talk to on the first call is the person doing the work every month. Most of my clients are local service businesses in Tuscaloosa and West Alabama. I usually meet clients over coffee in town or on a video call.
